This protective film can resist the erosion of various corrosive media and protect the gas cylinder substrate from damage. 3. For some seamless steel gas cylinders for special purposes, anodizing treatment is also used to improve their surface hardness and corrosion resistance. Anodizing is an electrochemical treatment process that improves its corrosion resistance and wear resistance by forming a dense aluminum oxide film on the surface of the gas cylinder. This aluminum oxide film has good anti-corrosion properties and can also improve the hardness and glossiness of the surface of the gas cylinder. The surface of the seamless steel gas cylinder that has been anodized is smoother, more beautiful, and more durable.
4. Whether it is galvanizing, spraying anti-corrosion coating or anodizing treatment, it needs to undergo strict quality control and testing to ensure its effectiveness. The treated gas cylinders will be subjected to appearance inspection, thickness measurement, adhesion test and corrosion resistance test, etc. to ensure that it achieves the expected anti-corrosion effect.
